Even though the 2005-2006 school year is in the third quarter, it is not too late to start thinking about next year’s obligations if you are going to participate in athletics.
This year FREE PHYSICALS will again be given at Sunnyslope High School. The date is Saturday, April 22nd, at 7:30 am. Student\Athletes need to pick up a health questionnaire from the athletic office or your coach prior to April 22nd and have it filled out and signed by a parent or guardian. Please meet at the entrance of the practice gym in the east parking lot by the track. Dress in comfortable clothes (t-shirt and shorts) and bring the signed health questionnaire to register.
